Le Boot is truly a Beachfront paradise, with just a few steps separating the building from the stunning North Wildwood Beach. Each unit offers off-street parking for one car. The pride of Le Boot is its sparkling clean and well-maintained pool and pool area, which serves as the heart of your Le Boot vacation experience. You can relax by the baby pool, lounge on the pool chairs, or enjoy a picnic at the separate picnic area equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor lounge, and 3 BBQ grills. The rental units all feature one bedroom with two beds, one full bath, and a kitchenette with a two-burner stove (no oven) and a full-size refrigerator, along with various small appliances. Comfortable for up to 4 adults, the unit can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including up to 2 children. Weather permitting, the pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM during July and August. Unit 101 is conveniently located on the first floor, closer to 14th Ave. Inside, you’ll find easy-to-maintain vinyl plank flooring in the living room, dining area, and bedroom. The bathroom features tile flooring. This unit has two full-size beds, a dresser, and ample space for hanging clothes. There’s a corner TV in the bedroom as well as a TV in the living room/kitchen area. Unit 101 is a fan favorite for its updated and extended kitchen, attention to detail, and fun accents, it retains the original Le Boot separate vanity style bath area. It’s often rented in tandem with Unit 102 for extended family stays. Plus, Unit 101 is as close as you can get to the pool! When arriving from the rear parking lot, use the 14th street breezeway. When you get to the walkway, make a right. Unit 101 will be the first unit on your right. Enjoy your stay in this comfortable and convenient unit!
