Comfortable for up to 4 adults, the units can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including up to 2 children. Weather permitting, the pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM during July and August. Unit 108 is conveniently situated on the first floor, close to the BBQ, outside picnic area, and lounge. Inside, you’ll find newer vinyl plank floors throughout. The bedroom boasts two queen-size beds, a dresser, and ample hanging space for clothes. The living room features a pub-style table, a modern sectional pull-out couch, and an entry bureau with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The updated and extended kitchen is well-equipped with various small appliances and retains the original Le Boot style separate vanity style bath area. Unit 108 provides easy access to both the outside lounge area and the ramp leading to the 15th street side of the property. For guests with mobility challenges, Unit 108 is an excellent choice, conveniently situated near the ramp to 15th street. Notably, it’s the only rental with queen-size beds. When Arriving Unit 108 is on the first floor on the 15th Ave side of the Le Boot Building. From the rear parking lot, use the 15th street Breezeway, turn right at the main walkway and Unit 108 will be on your right. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of this delightful unit!
